Obligations to process the return

Celestés hygiene return policy does not cover products such as underwear, hair products, oral products, and other products that come into contact with the skin. These products cannot be returned if the seal is broken. These products are equipped with a seal. This seal must not be broken. If the seal is defective, you cannot claim a refund due to hygiene and health risks.

If the seal is not broken, you can return the product within 14 days. Only when the seal is broken you will lose your right to return the product.

  • Send a return with a tracking code (at your own expense);
  • The return form must be attached to the package;
  • The product must be delivered in its original packaging;
  • Product use and damage are carefully checked.

If the above conditions are not met, the refund will not be refunded.

Transmission:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Delivery costs are not reimbursed.

Note: Products purchased with a discount or a discount package cannot be returned.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a different size/colour item or request a refund, and to do so you must return the item first.

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return via the contact form on the website and send photos to support the request.

If the product is found to be defective, the company will send the customer a replacement product free of charge.

If the customer does not want an exchange, the product must be returned to the manufacturer's warehouse at the customer's expense within 14 days of the return request.

Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

State the reason for the return and receive the return instructions and the return address (as we have several different warehouse locations, ask the customer service representative which address is available for the return).

Pack the items carefully and send the package.

The customer is obliged to pay for the return.

As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so always ask the Posti representative for the tracking code when you return the package.

After the return, please provide a photo of the receipt with our address as proof of return, tracking number, and tracking link.

After sending the package, please contact us by email if you want a refund or a different size/colour.

Note: Our head office is in the Netherlands, but our warehouse is in China and our products are shipped directly from there, so please remember that when you process a return, it will be shipped to our warehouse in China.
